3 full days.... so, if the bikes are on trailers will I still get 2 dozen questions about guns at the border......"you are from Oklahoma and you don't have guns?" I think that is when I explained I was Presbyterian Minister and no, I do not have a gun"

when I lived in
tn, and crossed the border with Tn. plates, went through the same thing. I later found out that they had found a gun in a hollowed out bible of a minister, on a bus full of ministers, from Tn. I guess you never know their real reasons for some of the things they do,....or ask

You can bring firearms across the border - as long as you follow the rules

http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cfp-pcaf/fs-f ... te-eng.htm

but it's easier not to

anyway, nothing to shoot here that time of year - we'll be several days away from duck season

Good Evening Folks;
Like Mark says it is a better idea not to pack any weaponry. That also includes mace, pepper spray etc. See here
http://www.ezbordercrossing.com/the-ins ... to-canada/
I cross from Canada into the US often up to three times a week, the officials on both sides are nice and polite but are the proverbial iron fist in the velvet glove. Do not mess with them.

Rodger, remember there is no replacement for displacement. One of my Mercedes friends just bought a M-8 and loves it.

It is interesting what HD is doing to deal with the heat of displacement (the bigger the engine the more the heat). On my 88 the oil cooler was an add-on. on the Road King 103 it is an oil radiator (with an optional fan). On the electra-glide it is liquid cooling for the heads with the radiators hidden in the lowers.
