This is the closest the eastern rally has come to me ... only 6 hours. This sounds extremely interesting. Is a wing required?

Sorry folks, you are going to have to manage without me this time. I was all prepared but unfortunately this trip has been made impossible for me by some external forces beyond my control, which basically means the bike can't get fixed at the moment.
I will miss you all.

I'm still coming over, Cliff. But I'm now going straight to LA on a later September flight. Just finalised the changes to my schedule last night. Not at all what I wanted, but there's always the possibility that the best laid plans can get screwed up.
You guys were the first priority. LA, Mexico and the band were a completely unexpected but very exciting addition, made possible because I was already going to be in the States. Still going to do that part of the trip since the tickets are non-refundable, hence the itinary changes; just can't get the bike fixed at the moment to do the original part. But maybe there will be possibilities to meet up next year perhaps.

Like I said before, you guys are the best! Thank you so much for the offer, but too late I'm sorry to say. I have already changed my flight plans, believing that this part of the trip was not possible. Expensive to change days, over $400, so I am not going to change it back! :IDTS: :IDTS: :IDTS:
