Or we could just meet up at the Hotel and have a cold beverage with Rat lolol lolol
That would certainly be the easiest and surest method to meet up :-D

Beth or Rodger,

I seem to remember several restaurants on E Main St in Front Royal. Terrie and I ate at one several years ago but I don't remember much about it other than it is a very quaint area. Do you have any recommendations for a dinner establishment in Front Royal, particularly along E. Main St.?

I could do outside Farmville. Do you have a place and time in mind? There is really nothing there at the intersection. Staying on 15 about another quarter mile there is a Sheetz just past the intersection at the edge of town. Looks like right at 3 hours from my house.

Very doable, its 3hrs 25min driving time from the house. I'll probably stop at least once so figure at least 3 1/2hours. If I leave at 7:30 I can be there between 11:00 and 11:30 without killing myself. Might be a good lunch stop. Should we make it a plan?

Steve,

You probably know this but you can bypass Petersburg by taking VA40 west from 460 at Waverly. Stay on 40 long enough and it merges with 460 again at Blackstone.

We are on the road, three bikes, and two people have arrived in Terre Haute, about 540 miles. Dean, Beth had scouted out a couple of places to eat and has that set up. For those wanting a fine glass of VA wine, we will stopping on Wednesday at our favorite winery and plan on buying some to take home, but will have enough for everyone to have a glass.

Figured that, since a few of us are arriving early I was looking for a place for Monday evening. Tripadvisor is your friend :)

Completely out of stators and I won't be towing the bike on a trailer this time so I'm afraid you might be on your own.

The 1100's stator is the same as a 1000 isn't it?
Think I might have one, will check tomorrow.

Gasket I believe is the same, but don't think I have one. Again, will look.
Great to keep these old 'Wings flying on down the road.
