Dave Allen and I went out to Palomino Valley yesterday to check out a GL1100 Trike project, my brother David, my nephew Greg and Dave Allen's friend Doug joined us... What started out as an hour long visit, turned into a 5 hour history lesson... We were going out to see this guy Roy's trike project, all went well and good, but he lives on the property were the Space Shuttle Rockets were test fired, this man also has the biggest collection of war paraphernalia that I have ever seen, I swear he has something from every war the US has ever been in, both ours and theirs... But back to the trike, it started life as an 83 GL1100 and this is it now...
More picts to come, and a link to the website he has this thing on....

Another One I Recived This Morning
I Have Asked Bill To Join The Site So Hopefully We Can Get More Info...
trying to get my bikes pics on your site, it started its life as a bone stock 83 wing, i lowered it 3 1/2 inches in the rear thanks to shocks made by licks cycles then did paintwork myself, early front end setup from ebay, with that addition tied all brakes to foot pedal operation (notice no front brake handle....works great) did seat with memory foam and deerskin myself, am very proud of how it came out and though i went very "old school"
lol with paint design get comments everywhere,,,some just from holster on frame...anyway hope you like her as much as i do. Thanx, Bill @ Skipjack Signs Fort Myers, FL

George R Indermark Sr wrote:I bought three clapped out goldwings last fall, from the same guy, 1976 gl1000's all of 'em. I disassembled them and used the best stuff for a restoration of the lowest mile chassis, then i took the best of the rest and built a little hot Rod i call the Hotwing, pics are attached.
I have several other Hondas, mostly CB 750's a CB 550 and a CBX, I am going to a little town nearby to pick up two CB350"s tonight. I hope you'll post my pics.
