Just because. I tried taking just the trunk off, and it wasn't enough for me. Had to pull all of it. Cropped the middle fender section to look like a regular fender and sprayed it in black satin. LED tail light was wired in and just happened to line up with the factory holes for the license plate light.

Looks good. I took off my hard bags too. Then found a couple leather ones I liked that zip on and off if I need them.

lol. I'm guessing the Goldwing - even before the diet - wasn't too much trouble for that one...wingrider wrote:Interesting bike lift you have!

Thanks. We used some 1/4" wall 2" square tubing with some pipe welded to the bottom to keep it from coming off of the lift arms. We use those adapters for motorcycles, quads, generators, and use it with a strap as a hoist. Works pretty well.wingrider wrote:Interesting bike lift you have!

I have a couple of those lifts, but can't tie them up very long with the wing. Nice ride!wingrider wrote:Interesting bike lift you have!

Looks good, that's how I run my 78 most of the time, fairing no bags. Much easier to clean too.
