Mine claims 240.
Whatever I suggest here should be given ample time for a moderator to delicately correct. I apologize in advance.

I went with the 270.
The dimensions were right and I knew a 210 acid battery would crank some.

In one of the original posts there is a pic of a 3-button M-Button? I can't find this on the Motogadget site or Revival

Where did you get that?

Glad to report everything is finished. Now I'm having a different issue. The horn honks randomly, and the turn signals flash once in a while. My thought is EMI, but I have resistor plugs and resistor wires.. Going to work on isolating the issue tomorrow. The M-button wire may be too close to the coils, my first guess.

Your results are lovely and the extra functions are novel but the M-Unit is billed as simple--none of this looks simple to me. Great job.

Discovered the issue was with the electrician... found a crimped wire in the handlebar, under once of the M-switches. It was making intermittent ground. Exactly why I like the unit. It was telling me this all along. As for simple, I don't know how it could be any easier. The difficult part was understanding how the ignition works on the wing. For some folks that is probably easy, but until now, I had never really tackled it. Watch the Revival cycle video in wiring an munit. It takes him all of 15 minutes to completely wire a bike. I also had a few extras that made it interesting, driving lights requiring a relay, and a mega amp horn requiring the same. So here are a couple pictures before I wrap the harness up and call this done. Everything works perfectly, a project well worth getting rid of 35 year old wiring and all the mods that had been done to it.

A few pics below.

I can confirm that the 210 CCA lithium battery works well. Not a lot of back up, but the bike is tuned properly and fires right up.

This might explain some problems some are having with these LiFePo4 batts.

Yup, I installed the Mosfet rectifier last year to help with Stator longevity. I checked the Voltage output and it is regulating the voltage at a very steady 12.85.

I think 12.85 may be low. LiFePo4 batteries are 13.2 resting minimum and as suggested above should be 13.8-14.4. Mine was low like that (12.8) with the relay in place. It slowly would run down and die on me. I mean slow as in a couple weeks, short trips every day. I pulled the relay and it now charges a steady 14.4-14.8. Funny thing is, the more I rev it the lower the voltage is at the battery. Maybe PowerArc coils pull more juice??

12.85 for lead acid is still charging because lead acid is 6*2.1v = 12.6v , but for LiFePo4, 4*3.3v = 13.2v. You'll have to watch it and see how it does.

It was cool this morning, 26F. I'm sure it was warmer in the garage, but my battery was 14.2 before touching anything. I kill the bike and spin the starter a bit for oil lube, but also for the battery to get going. It cranks very slow and dropped to 7-9 volts while cranking. Turn the key off and its back to 12.4 just about instantly and climbs to the 13's in just one minute. Kill switch off and it fires right up, voltage in the 13's steadily climbing to 14 in 1-2 minutes. They don't like the cold.

While messing with that I noticed a fuel leak from my inlet tube. Must have shrunk up over winter. Wasn't a total waste of time.
