This light is a Morimoto Sealed7 H4 replacement. There was a small casting flaw in the mounting flange during production, so I got mine on closeout for $75. The flaw made no difference to me since I wasn't using an H4 bucket.
There are a number of knockoffs and reproductions. JW Speaker and Trucklites make top of the line LED Sealed Beam replacements. Morimoto is middle of the pack, and there are dozens of knockoffs on eBay.
Check out theretrofitsource.com and see what they've got. If you're looking for a budget option, searching "Bi-led 7" headlight" on eBay should point you in the right direction.
I rode it into work today since my coworkers had been asking to see it...the bike is a hit. I let a couple other people ride it, and they both got off it with ear-to-ear grins.
One of other guys is a pretty decent WERA racer, I told him I was interested in what he had to say about it...he took it for a 5ish mile loop, and came back to give it a clean bill of health. I asked specifically about the brakes, and he said he was pleasantly surprised. Not as good as his race bike, of course, but not bad for an almost-40-year-old machine. I'll probably put stainless lines on it sooner than later, both for the improvement in feel and the fact that the line from the master to the junction block is twice as long as it needs to be and I had to loop it up behind the headlight. Should look nicer in general too.
I now have GPS so I no longer get lost, just confused.

At one point, theretrofitsource.com had them on closeout. There was a casting flaw in the mounting that didn't matter to me, but would require grinding if they were to be mounted in an H4 bucket. Looks like there's the silver version on Ebay now (also with the casting flaw) for $75, which is what I paid from TRS.
Just read whole build. Great, great bike. Amazing what you did with your bike. Talent and good taste created a special wing. Congrats and well deserved.
Like the headlight but can't tell if you used a stock headlight bucket or something else. What kind did you use?
