So how about a winter review of the naked beast? How many tickets did you get?
Whatever I suggest here should be given ample time for a moderator to delicately correct. I apologize in advance.

Good Evening Folks;
Bob, I like it. One of the fellows at work had a 1500 that was totaled in a low speed accident. I was thinking of buying it but thought the better of it, seeing this one makes me think I should have.

Nope, I'm a Honda Man through & through.
As you can see this was a budget build, re-purposing whatever we could form the pile of crap we took off and from other bits lying around.
Color choice was limited to what colors were available on the bottom shelf at WalMarts the day we went paint shopping. Engine is Hammered Black from a can I found on the shelf in the workshop,
Front fender is from original, rear fender from the pile.
Lights and indicators are LED Running lights from Banggood, about $2 each. BTW, these are VERY Bright and awesome for telling everyone in your path that you are there!!!! I'm thinking of adding one strip under the headlight on my Beemer to make sure those idiots who want to pull out in front of me have NO EXCUSE......You cant help but see me!
Full function Speedo, Rev, gear, oil, headlight, charging, neutral console was about $45 from Banggood.
Rearview camera was about $6, Rear view screen about $15.
I rewired 90% of the harness throwing everything away apart from the ECM and immediate harness. I used the connectorrs from the harness to attach all the re-purposed stuff.
I also removed ALL plumbing under the tank.... Exhaust air bleed pipes, high altitude solenoids and carb tubes, inlet manifold heating plumbing and radiator fans and anything else that didnt deliver fuel or create sparks. The pile of tubes, pipes, solenoids and associated crap after I went through removing was like 'Borg Porn' (Think Star Trek)
The ONLY mod I made after running it for a while was to go up two sizes on the main jets..... That mod took it from fun to ride to a tire burning Beasty as it was way too lean over about 1/4 throttle. No problems with get up and go now!
As it stands it weighs in at about 450 pounds, 300+ of those being the lump in the middle.

Let me say again, it looks like great fun and I have my eye out for a 1500 cheap. Have seen a couple but looked like they were missing so much of the important running gear as to make them too expensive to work with.

Is that seat the copy of the Harley Davidson Police bike?
If so, how comfortable is it?

Can you explain or show how its just connected to the ignition box. I received a free wrecked 1995 interstate no reverse. and I am not going to put all the plastic bits back on. I just want to clean up the wiring hanging all over and figure out after how to make the fake tank and fairing. Currently the previous owner removed all the air solenoids except one and the small vent lines on carb are all hooked to each other and not to any lines on bike.
