'Layla' - '81 Standard w/dealer installed fairing and Hondaline bags.
'Scarlett' '76 'Survivor' nekkid as a j-bird!

Under Construction:
The 'Jalopy' '78-'79 Mash-up
'Quikie' '81 gl1100I back on the lift, project with the step-son!

In The Shed:
'81 gl1100I barn find aka "Josie, the farmer's daughter." (almost comatose build)
'77 gl1000, roller parts bike.
'82 gl1100I, 'Old Crusty' titled roller parts bike (free!)
'82 gl1100I, My first 'Wing, and an expensive lesson!

Thanks to all. I took first spin today. Everything works fine, and bike looks much better now. Hope i have some time to ride more in next weekend.

The bike turned out very nicely! The boxier shape to the tank certainly helps with making the bike you're own. Anything else planned for the old girl or is this the stopping point (for the time being)?

Apparently this will never be completed. Next I want a new seat. the current is not the best. And I'd also like to try the 1100 model side covers, these 1200 covers are quite big. And Hayabusa or some modern honda telescope would of course be good. I dreamed that I could install a turbo. But this summer it's ready :crosso

It is made for customised original seat pan, by local upholsterer guy.
