Finally sandblasted the finished rear fender. This Florida heat is beating this northern hillbilly up,so progress is slow. No A/C in shop.

After another round of filler and block sanding,it's in 2k primer again. Hopefully after a 400 wetsanding I can paint it.

The stone guard clips we're questionable,so it got welded to rim in 4 places. In etch primer after 80 grit scuff. Whole assembly will be black .

77 WING, 1200 engine with 77 heads, cams, gl1100 foot pegs, Magna V65 front end, 764A carbs, [-gone Suzuki M109 monoshock--, replaced with gl1100 shocks] gl 1200 swing arm, gl1500 final drive, wheel and rear brakes Valkyrie seat, Meanstreak tank, Sportster pipes, Power Arc ignition off crank.

Made a 16ga. Replacement tab for a side cover. The other tab I tried model cement to stop a crack,but unsure if it'll work. Headlight is an EMGO repop of a Lucas. I like the shape. Unsure if etch primer will last on the chrome stone guard,you can't really scuff it first...
