Had an idea for eliminating that ugly front brake hose. Y'aint gonna b'lieve this one...

3/16"brake line through the bars. No more ugly hose.

Hole had to allow inverted fitting through bars,so 1/2" hole was drilled.hogged out with unibit at angle. Line fed through,washer ground to elliptical shape to match hole,edges bevelled for welding to ' sink' weld.welded,ground with angle grinder/45 grit,filed,then sanded with a strip of 80 grit Emery cloth.

Brazed imperfections where bars were extended,filed,polished with Emery cloth.

Extended rear fender with 16 ga. Once I get it finished and ground down I'll have better pics.

I know the welding isn't pretty. I used a stick welder.im using the mig at work to finish it up tonight.
