Still waiting on the water pump and gaskets, so I’ve been slowly ticking off the rest of the small items left on my list. Spent some timing doing a few paint touch ups and mounting the speedo pickup. I didn’t want the sensor mounted on the front wheel, I don’t like the look of the extra wire running down there. I extended the wires so I could mount it at the rear wheel and ended up re-using the original acewell speedo bracket to mount the sensor.

Not sure what the bolt hole on the rear caliper is supposed to be for, but it worked perfect for this

The sensor magnet is getting epoxied into the top of a cap nut and then that goes onto one of the rotor studs.

Gave the wheel a few good turns and the speedo was picking it up, so guess I did it right. That was the last of my wiring jobs other than installing the brake light modulator when it shows up, but that is supposed to be plug and play. Soooo close
