man im resurecting it again .. i live on the river an the river flooded one day an it was in my basement ,the water came up 4 feet in 30 minutes . so its been a long grueling process but im getting there ...

Ouch. Sorry to hear that. Around SE Texas where I lived for a while, most of those near the river were on stilts. No basements.
