Post by Ron@snijdersmc.nl »

Hello everyone I'm Ron from Netherlands and just joined your Club already posted some pictures and comments on FB thought you all would be interested in what I've done so far in the last half year.

Replace Handlebar for lower one
Replace Headlight for 7”
Remove and relocate signal lights to the tank
Remove the dials and replace for digital one and 3D print dial holder
Replace mirrors for shorter ones
Replace front fender made from plain fender
Paint front forks
Replace the seat, new seat cowl was made from fibreglass by myself and upholstered by Miller Kustom Upholstery
Replace the shocks to black ones
Change the wheels to spokes and 18”by removing the Comstar hubs from the wheels installing conversion rings so I was able to get them spoked by Pebrowheels
Change out the tyres to 140/80/18”
Replace the rear fender made from plain fender
Replace the turnsignals front and back, rear turnsignals have running and brake lights in them
Install baggage rack made myself from plain ½”tube
Relocate all the wiring in front of the bike to the tank area
Pain divers bolt-on parts black
Replace the exhausts, changed them out for Hayabusa Exhausts and fitted the pipes to their new location
Wrapped the exhaust pipes
Replaced all brake pads
Painted the side covers
Relocated the ignition key
STILL TO DO!!! Cause not finished yet
Radiator cover
License plate holder
Change out the complete wiring for Motogadget M Unit Blue

So you see I've been busy
I'll post some pictures but i'm still not sure how

Looking forward to pick up more ideas and tips from you all

Drive safe!!

Looks very cool! I'm especially curious about the spoke wheel conversion...
