Returning

#1

Post by Arwinger »

I was a member a few years ago but life happened and I took a little time off. I am very glad to be back to this vast pool of knowledge and hope to get back to some serious riding this year. My main rider is a 1985 naked 1200 but I aldo have 3 1100 in various stages from almost a rider to a locked up parts bike. Thanks for all those who post to educate others

I came across the 85 last year for sale in Missouri. I am not sure how it became naked but they did a decent job on it and I am just glad we could agree on a deal for it. Was well worth the 7 hour drive to pick up

Yep. That there be a naked 1200 alright, but I'll wager it's an 84!

Desertrefugee I'll guarantee you its an 85. I've helped him do a lot of work to it and have seen all the stampings and tagging on that bike. It's a nekked 85.
