Post by LouMarek »

Thanks for letting me in. Just bought an '83 GL 1100. I live in in Lake Arrowhead California a collection of unincorporated mountain resort communities in Southern California. Bought the bike to take trips with my wife. We were in Livingston Wyoming on vacation a few years back and we fell into the middle of a national WINGDING convention mostly all were Trikes. We said right there and then we would get one. Ours is not a trike but I love it already. Plan on doing a lot of the mechanical work myself, not that it needs any, 47,000 miles and it runs very nicely only two owners before me, yet I have very little experience.

You know, Gord’s right. It’s quite likely that “everything” is covered there. But, we still like to discuss stuff. After all, it’d be pretty boring if we didn’t!
