Howdy from Texas

#1

Post by Cleaner »

Hey guys,

I just purchased a 78 GW GL1000 with 24000 miles on it, but it has been sitting since 1995.

I have already started researching on this great site and am impressed with all of the information here.

I am a teacher so my builds go quick and slow...Spring break is coming up in a couple of weeks so I expect a lot of cleaning and troubleshooting and then summer!

I'll upload pictures and such later but for now, I am glad to be here and can't wait to learn and be part of this community.

This is me:

Welcome to the site from the UK. All the help you'll need can be found here, but sounds like you realise that. Think you need to do 5 posts before you can put pictures on so look forward to seeing your bike.
