Hi Liam, I didn't know you have an Executive. my partner told me that in the late 90s he was for a congress near Manchester, and having free time and a passion for rust, he went around to visit the wreckers' depots, in one of these he saw an Executive, complete with fairing , says perhaps Windjammer, or perhaps Pacific, he doesn't remember well, luggage rack, and brown saddle, the motorcycle wasn't beautiful, but not even a wreck, it was an easily recoverable motorcycle, he asked the owner for information, who as he learned that my comrade was Italian, closed the deal and did not want to sell him the motorcycle, without a justified reason. I just hope that someone then saved it and it didn't end up under a press.

This is my Executive at a Vintage bike show in Dublin a few years ago. That is one of my 1200 Standards in the background.

wow! my partner asks if the fairing is a Windjammer, a Pacific or one made specifically for the Executive?

Paola the fairing is a Rickman Mk5 which was sold to fit the GL1000, not only the Executive. I also have a red one that I bought a few years ago.
