Sadly, for you, I left for my winter stomping grounds on Jan 4th. Those carbs came from a 77 550f so they should be 069a's, but I don't remember what model they really are! I do think I have a set of 022a's which I believe are rebuildable, but none of those questions will be answered before early april when I get home.

I have looked through all my stash and did not find the carb rack. I did however find the air box I believe came from that bike. You are welcome to it for postage. Was looking for a headlight bucket which I also did not find. I'll post in the wanted area for a headlight after while.

Was looking for a parts fiche from that year to check on that air box. Partzilla don't cover that model.

Online dealers show different years, depending. Partzilla has a "Models without a year" in their chooser list, but it's still not comprehensive. Partsfish shows everything back to 1977, but nothing older. CMSNL shows almost everything, even if the part is NLA. If you only need a part number, at least you can get something to look for.

I found a set of carbs that were hiding under some other stuff. They are 25mm mikuni carbs marked as k0gy0. Can't find much info on them but what I did find says they are not the original carbs. It appears these were used on Kaws and Suzuki models. Might still work but it would be a gamble for sure. One of the bowls and floats are awal. Still looking.

Thanks for showing us your Mikuni carbs. I have a set just like them, don't remember where I got 'em, but do know they don't work on a CB750. Clearance is an issue. Mine look a bit better than the one you opened up. Wish I could find somebody that could use them. I'd make them a very sweet deal.

Later, Bud...

The ones I'm looking for would be for a 1972 Honda CB500F...627B's, I believe are the stock carbs for that bike.
Ritalz, yeah, those look like(?) very similar to the ones on my KZ650...
