So a little more progress in assembly and I just finished ceramic coating the interior pipes of the full exhaust system with Ceramic high heat coating. It keeps the pipes from bluing by lowering the metal pipe temperature on the chrome area. The Honda pipes are double walled in the very top section too, so extra insurance for clean chrome header pipes.

Here is the bike with the bodywork attached. I need to get it down from the riser to remove the front end and paint the headlight fork ears and lower fork shrouds the emerald green. Next week project.

The refreshed gauges are at the post office for pick up which I am planning on doing today. So I should be able to finish it completely in the next week or two.

Great looking bike. I'm in Barrie this July for my sister's 70th birthday. I'll be on the lookout for your bikes.

Time to put this post to bed. Here is finished stage, where I was able to get this bike up and into my family room. I was busy and had some health issues earlier :oldies, which sidelined a number of things. Didn't stop me riding though... :crosso

Time to take break before I start the reassembly of the CL77 project that is on the back burner for now.
