Having lost a friend there and knowing his Widow's pain I agree with the decision. Since they paved it the speeds have just been crazy and the surface is not anywhere near safe for high speeds. Maybe in a few years after a couple more paving sessions and it gets leveled out some it may be safe but not right now.
