Whoa. Made me go out and look at my Venoms on the Valk. I don't see that crazy business. Guess that just underscores the variability on these things. I still think that eyeballs on the rubber go a long way toward making a reasonable evaluation.

Those cracks look terrible. I have the original narrow white wall tires on my 1966 Honda 305 dream 4,400 miles and they are visually much better than the ones in the picture. I only ride it around the block and 20mph neighborhood once a month to keep things lubed and freed up . I just bought a set for it but blackwalls??? Because I would not trust them to ride anywhere.
