Stuck Master Cylinder Tool
Hello NGW friends. I am attaching a link to a YouTube video which shows an easy way to make a tool to push out a stuck master cylinder piston which won't budge using compressed air. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6COFfzGPZ8

Much the same as the banjo bolt drilled & tapped to accept a Zerk fitting that many of us have for pumping grease into calipers.

Re: Stuck Master Cylinder Tool
I’ve found a grease gun fits well enough just pushed on to the bleed nozzle (loosened).

Re: Stuck Master Cylinder Tool
The grease gun method works very well but you really need to make sure you clean, clean, clean the mineral based grease out and use only new seals because contact between the brake fluid seals and the mineral oil based grease just kills the seals, very very bad !
Any contact of a mineral based oil with a brake fluid seal no matter how small is very bad and will cause the brake fluid seals to swell and disintegrate. No exceptions ! If you choose to use contaminated seals make sure you have your life insurance current !
