It probably can but aftermarket replacements are so cheap and easy to get it is hardly worth the trouble.

Any bike dealer should be able to gt one through one of the aftermarket catalogues but if you are cheap and aren't in a hurry there are lots on eBay for less than $10 (search brake light switch spring in motorcycle parts and set the order to Price + shipping - lowest first).
