The only machine I use for changing tires is a home made elver affair for breaking the beads but I have 2 pieces of advice for making the job easier however you change them:
1) Invest in some real tire bead lubricant. It isn't too expensive and it makes a huge difference in how easily you can get the bead past the edge of the rim, not to mention that it doesn't glue the tire to the rim like some often substituted products can so it is easier to get the tire off the next time and it doesn't contain phosphates that are known to promote corrosion of Honda motorcycle wheels.
2) When you are starting to lever the tire's bead over the rim to remove it make sure the bead at the opposite side is in the valley in the middle of the wheel so that you aren't trying to stretch the bead and when you are trying to get the last bit of the bead of the tire you are installing onto the rim do the same.
