breaking: 82 dual front brake calipers on 81 single rotors?

I finally got a chance to dig out the rotors... '82 is on the left, 80-81 on the right. They are both the same diameter, offset, and thickness. As you can see, the '82 has a smaller surface area to match the pads, with the inner circular row of slots.
When you posted the original pic of your bracket, I failed to notice the differences in the casting, just looking the overall shape. The brackets you're getting from Tom will do the trick!

The brackets came in and fit perfectly.
All the brake pad surface mates with the rotor, no gaps.
