front brake pad springs 1979 gl1000
just watched this very informative vid because my front brakes are a-squealin' something fierce upon heavy application... i appreciate that can be for a number of reasons, but i thought i'd check a couple things out first ie if these are missing, as i suspect, where can i buy new? can't dig them up on any of the usual suspects, so has anyone got a lead on where to purchase if necessary? shown as part 10 in this https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-gl1000-usa_ ... The correct part # for the 79 is 45108-410-006. This is used on most of the single piston calipers from 78 to 81(GL1000, 1100, CB750, CB900, CBX1000). Yest another discontinued part but try this:
