Now that the stator and regulator wiring are repaired, maybe give the 2 new "bad" coils another try? Well unless they're melted or burned of course, I don't think you said how you know they're bad.

Still no results.

I have found out that I have gl1500 coils in my bike.
Does that gives anybody any clue???
One of the old gl1500 coils keeps working.

GL1500 coils (identical like mine) look like this:
https://www.denniskirk.com/emgo/oe-styl ... 009560.sku

And the replacement i tried so far coils look like this:
https://www.denniskirk.com/emgo/ignitio ... 001757.sku

Anybody???

Thanks in advance.

Yes, it appears that mine are 1500 coils and one of those keeps working.
The replacement that is marketed for gl1000 and 1100 are the one crapping on me. (links above)

Do you know what is the difference between these two coils?

According to your Dennis Kirk link, the bikes listed for fitment of the aftermarket coils are all electronic ignitons (I believe). I know the CBs are. I suspect a 1500 coil or better yet, a fresh set of Dynas, will solve your problem.

Yeah but what about the test makes you conclude the coils are bad? Open circuit? What sort of resistance readings are you getting through the primary and secondary windings? Are you running with a ballast resistor in series with the coil primaries?

How high is your spark plug wire resistance and end cap resistance? If excessive that could burn out a coil. Bad spark plugs could also figure into excessive resistance problem. Also check for excessive voltage into the coils, if you suspect overcharging.
