Charging system!!!

78 wing, charging 12.3 to 12.6 volts stator, regulator, and rectifier all check good,what am I missing??

Good, tight connections, failing wires, or using too much juice in auxiliaries.

how about telling us the parameters of your test. At the battery? bike running? what Rpm? What do the wires at the plastic connector from the stator look like?

As suggested above, the stock system leaves a bit to be desired at idle and lower RPM's. Toss in poor connectors and they're worse.
