Thread sizes

Thread sizes
Trying to adapt some 1/8" npt hardware to my bike. Can anyone tell me the thread sizes of the oil pressure, and water temp, sensors on a 77 Goldwing?

Somewhere I just read that those are BRITISH pipe sizes, not American. But don't take my word for it.

I use the 1/8" npt fittings that come with the gauges, no adapter. works fine, threads are close enough to work fine

Thanks. I saw the thread about British standard stuff, and 1/8npt is 27 threads per inch, and metric is 28 tpi, or vise versa,, for me but if it can happen it will. I bought an adapter for my 750ss and it was 20 bux. on egay. I think I will just do it.
