Both front calipers' slide bolts that connect caliper to trac are stuck in their sleeves/collars. I'm trying evapo rust... But so far no luck...How do I get this out?

I would suggest something more like PB Blaster. Some people have made their own mix using ATF and acetone, as well. If you have the means, you might try 'cooking' them as well. Heat does wonders. Just be very careful of the fumes.

Threads look ok. anim-cheers1
I guess last person to do brake job put loctite on thread and it got smeared on the inside of the collars... Here's one for posterity and how this bike has been so far..
