Sorry, don't want to hijack this post but ... can clutch slippage be the cause of ... the bike has to have quite a bit of throttle before the bike will move off from a standstill? More throttle than normal! Revs rise but bike doesn't move off for a while!

No worries Harri.

Thanks to all of you, my issue is sorted.
played around with the adjustment of the cable and the slippage went away.

At that point I saw that there was very little to no cable adjustment left, so I also changed the clutch cable.

Because I was unsure of the engine oil used, I also changed the oil too.

Bike rides like I want it to :-)

If you are having issues it would be better to start your own thread. Easier to keep track of responses.

Yes. Could also be clutch cable misadjustment...
