Can anyone read Japanese?

I'm just curious if these markings on my cylinder heads mean anything. I had thought that the casting was the same for both right and left, but they say different things. "Left" and "Right?" See the pics below. I'm not even sure which way is up.

The castings are the same for both sides. they only become left or right after machining. Since these are cast into the head, my guess is that they are core / mould number markings.

They only become left or right after you install cams correct?. Machining is the same.
