License plate holder

#1

Post by Steevensi »

Can anybody recommend a license plate holer that can be attached vertically on the side of the bike? With a brake light if possible.
Anybody done this?

The one I saw say that they are attached to the axle bolt. Does that make sence on our bike?
It's for a 1982.

I'm in Quebec and the police tolerate vertical plate as long as there is a light above it.

Thats good. A lot of them mount off of the rear axle with a bracket. Pretty easy to make something like that

This example says it bolt to the axle bolt.
But it looks quite thick. I don't see how it could be bolted there...

Maybe a chopper accessory site,

I would like a regular license frame with an embossed year model like 1977 on top and classic on the bottom. No such animal evidently.
