although, I have heard it is self-medicating.... but I also heard that (back to the subject of the thread) ethanol can help!

An Update:
Looks like the Ethanol mandate may be near done, a high profile senate bill was introduced last week to eliminate it:
http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/12/ ... WR20131212
EPA is also on record as reducing it next year (without congress), and endorsing it's elimination:
http://www.politico.com/story/2013/11/e ... 99928.html
http://thehill.com/blogs/regwatch/energ ... on-ethanol
I don't know what the National Chicken Council is concerned about, but they don't like it either...

That sounds GREAT Most Chickens and turkeys and hams have been tasting like led to me or a rank after taste for quite a while. Everything that gets to the big producers I believe has to be GMO d from bioligal firms. Having stopped by my 1st cousins farm in Iowa on the way to the east run I know the corn seeds have to be bought from them and the corn sold back to their entities. Whatever it is I believe is leading to insanity in our society. A greenhouse is on my list..........JB
jbz........... Thinkin about sh-t too hard and You wont get anything done

probably the chicken council is concerned about the cost of feed. when corn is turned into ethanol, it is not available as cheap feed for livestock

Glad to see the change in the push. Ethanol is not a good blended fuel, better to market E100 in my opinion and let the market pick like in Brazil.

In NC they have E10, but around the Lakes, they sell straight gas midgrade only.
1976 sorta stock GL 1000. 1997 VZ800 definitely not stock Suzuki Marauder. Ride em like you stole em!
