Thanks for all the additional info! I'm definitely going to get some dielectric grease and go over all the connections. The links were really helpful to. Now I'm thinking about updating the Stator to Rectifier connection too. It was also good to know that my battery wasn't going to get much of a charge idling...I was hoping I didn't need to get a new battery!
