Thought you guys could appreciate this. These came in right when our Buffer went for a walk, and was one of the reasons we were so backed up... but finished now

Beautiful Richard. Are You finishing them off with white??. They keep looking shinier and shinier. JB

Yes!.. That`s some excellent work sunnbobb. I have great respect for those results.
I bought my own pretty decent buff station and although my job looks good I still cant get a gleam like yours. I finish with white but there must be a final step to it, or a technique.

Tanks guys, These were esp tough due to the fact that one set was clear powder coated when i got them, and it was a bugger to get off. Yeah final finish is with white and a light touch. First hit is stripper left on for only long enough to lift the honda coating, then 400 wet dry sand any bad scratches, then black emery, then rough with white, then soft wheel with white. How long? Somewhere around 22 hours, but that does not include getting polish and wheels and stripper and packaging, which add another 2-3 hours to the work.
