Hi,
The right one is in place !
I torqued in 4 times, starting from 7Nm and increasing to 60Nm. I had a strange feeling torquing the 5th bolt (down right). It seems that the torque value was achieved each time earlier on the 5th than on the other bolts.
I'm asking myself if I did put the same amount of molybdene grease on it and its head. Should I consider unbolt it all, check and retorque ?

If there is a question in your mind then I probably would for peace of mind. Just do your sequence in reverse and stop at 7nm on the others. Because it has not been through a heat cycle it will not effect the gasket.

Did you chase the female threads in the "block" and making sure the head bolts aren't bottoming out against hidden debris lodged at the bottom of their threaded holes?

Thank for help.
I did chase and clean thoroughly the female threads on the block. The bolts are really clean too.
Then maybe too much or not enough grease on the bolt and/or bolt head...

I finally undo the torquing of the right head and torqued it back after checking the grease on the 5th bolt. Better feeling on the second torquing...we'll see what happen then.
Left side is on it's place too. Some pics attached.

Hi,
I finally finished the job this week and the old young lady hits the road again ! No more bubbles in the expansion tank, the engine starts very easily now and without any smoke. Let's hope it will last that way !
Thank you all for the great support and help !
