I've been working on my carbs and one of the previous owners mangled the main and secondary fuel jets pretty badly. I'm talking phillips screwdriver imprints in the holes and some of them having a slight bend. I think they'll still be serviceable since the jet holes themselves look fine and the bottom half that go into the carbs look to be ok. But it got me thinking about replacements in case those jets give me issues once I get the bike running again.
Should I bite the bullet and buy NOS genuine Keihin jets on Ebay or can I save some money and buy "replica" or "OEM equivalent" jets? Keyster jets seem to be sold by Sudco, SCI, and possibly jetsrus since keyster.us redirects to jetsrus. What have your experiences been using keyster jets and are there other jet manufacturers you'd recommend.

I second this. OEM Kelhin are consistent with orifice size and pre and post orifice taper which is quite important to atomization. While Kelhin brass is expensive, you only have to buy it once if you take care of the carbs; i.e. keep them clean.

I’ve been buying my jets (oe Keihin & Mikuni) from PJMotorsports, great people to deal with, quick response and fair pricing.
