gl1100 muffler mounting question

#1

Post by Jetubet »

I've lost the left side muffler mounting bolt on my bike. The bolt below the rear foot peg. The right side has a spacer between the muffler mounting flange and the mount the rear foot peg attaches to. I've looked at the online diagrams but neither side shows a spacer. Can someone look at theirs and let me know what I need to replace on the left side. I know at the very least it's going to be a nut and bolt. Thanks in advance. I also need a service manual PDF. The computer I had mine on crashed. Sheesh.

BOLT, FLANGE (10X35)

I can't look at mine to tell, I never ran the stock exhaust.

You're right, no spacer. What I thought was a spacer is part of the mount that is welded to the frame. Both sides have them. I didn't notice the one on the left because it's much smaller than the one on the right. Thanks for the replies.
