So I got a grease gun, and I grabbed an 8-pack of metric grease nipples from CarQuest and NONE of them fit. They were all too small.

Any suggestions?

Take the bleed screw with you when you shop for a zerk to fit in its place.

Unfortunately they were in a sealed packaged.
Should I be trying non-metric ones?

On the dual pistons, once I got the first out, I pushed it back in just a little and used a c clamp to hold it in place while hitting it with air again. It's worked ok for me so far. Haven't had to go with the grease gun yet.

Great idea. I'll try that on the rear one.
My fronts are still jammed though.

I prefer using the bike's master and brake fluid when removing those nasty buggers. You will get a lot less mess, not to mention the danger of compressed air removal. Also, you just might be able to reuse the rubber if you don't contaminate it with grease or petroleum solvents.

unfortunetely i dont find it the rear one is as straight forward as the front one.. i cant even have an idea to dismantled it
please help us, octane...

I just took all 3 of mine apart. The rear one is really the same except that it has 2 pistons.
If your rear brake system is still together First thing to try is remove the caliper and mount from the rear axle, get the pads out and try to squeeze the pistons out with the hydraulic pressure. If you're having success moving the pistons this way you may need to add brake fluid along the way to get them out completely. This is still the easiest method.

If you have no brake pressure but you own a compressor then try and use air pressure - be careful - read Octane's writeup again.

I eventually needed to use a grease gun on mine. You will need an 8mm. zerk fitting, or grease nipple.
Thread it gently, and you'll be able to get a few threads on, which is all you need.
Pump away.

Just make sure you ultra clean out the grease if you use the grease gun method. It works, but what a mess to clean up.

Don
