Moly lube for head bolts

#1

Post by rich3389 »

I am changing the head gaskets on my 78. I have read that it is recommended to use moly lube on the threads of the heads bolts. Where can I purchase this lube locally? I really dont want to order some ARP moly lube online.

I also purchased the Vesrah head gasket kit from georgefix on ebay. Whats the consensus on using a "sealer" like spray copper gasket? on the gaskets?

You should be able to get it or at least order it from any Honda dealer.
But for doing the head bolts, you could use any Moly C.V. joint grease from an auto store.
