seafoam or atf, I suppose you could run them together, but have never heard of anyone doing this.

Mine is only running on the 1/3 carbs at the moment and with the points and coils firing front cylinders then rear cylinders the problem is most likely the passages in the 2/4 carbs are gummed up.

Yes, but remove the air cut off valve with a long 22" phillip screwdriver, as it will impede the removal process.
