Looks like you are doing very well! The broken bolt MUST be repaired,it holds the removable frame section that is removed when the engine is removed so it is part of the structure of the frame.
I just "restored" a pair of tank "Hondas" that looked a lot like yours, they are very difficult to polish!. You only need to sand the painted parts down enough to make them smooth for the repainting.
Keep up the good work!
Ron

Thanks Ron, yes i will take or drill this broken framebolt out and replace it. I will do the same thing like you did with the tank-sides and battery covers, but the metal uppertankplate and radiatorsides have to be striped to bare metal because of some rust, i think.

Ernie, that round thing is a signal horn made by mistubishi connected to a tiny mercury filled 'plastic lamp like container' on the left and the 12 volt regulator on the right of the picture. This must be home made by the previous owner. I will ask for sure in the technical section of this forum.

I still have the original horn (german made) on the bike, but dont know if it works, will get my battery charger in a few days.

I think probably the odd parts--------the horn, the mercury switch, and the wiring thingy are an alarm system. When you moved the bike, the switch made contact and set the horn off, scaring the theives off?

Thanks Ron! You were right. I will place these parts to another spot in the tank and use this alarm if it still works :)
