Thanks all. The black color is clear coat rubbed with Dupont#7 and water to give a semi-gloss look. I have to see it with logos but I think I prefer semi over high gloss. Yes I do my own pinstriping. These are tape under clear, I use paint for odd colors or the Von Dutchy stuff (root beer with charcoal that should look good)

That really takes some pounds off it the wing's look. ala BSA

That's a very slim look that makes the engine look huge.

It's Black & Tan, so thee's lots of lore that jumps off from "Black & Tan" as a starting point.

A company, for example, that makes a bar kit for pouring Black & Tans is named BRUTUL (with umlats over the U's)....Brutul would work.... or Brutus might work because of the bike's stout, yet sporting "flavour".

Very clever Winston. You have to do better at naming than me. I'm lucky if I name it the color.

I'm likin' it. That's some good 'thought material' there. Thanks. I just think it's time it gets a name.

Your machine is an inspiration! My recently purchased heap of scrap will, I hope, be going down a more adventurous route such as yours.

What seat unit is that?

Your bike is superb, and classy!! Great attention to detail and a lot of thought and work is evident. Congrats! Two things...

Do you remember whose handlebars those are? I hunted around for weeks till I found a pair I liked; kinda looks like yours. Then I had em powdercoated - finally put em on this weekend, and the d@mn thing was tweaked about 1.5" at one end; I'm guessing from the heating. So now I'm hunting again.

IMHO, maybe a flashing LED or something added to the internals of the smallish Brit style tail light? Read too many stories of folks getting run over by inattentive cagers; and that lite is awful small...

Congrats again!
