still trying to figure out my 650

for those of you that have M.B.S. (multiple bike syndrome) and have the "silver wing" models.
as our sponsors also have supplies for those bikes and they are popular with the "wing" crowd.

OK, I figured out that I am missing the rear cowl behind my seat. If anyone has one let me know. Will one from a 500 fit? Anyway under where the cowl would be, there is a little rubber strap like a battery strap. What is it for? Am I still missing other parts like a tool kit or something? Anyone have a spare owners manual or a scan of one?

Thanks
Don

Im not sure what the strap is for.
I have a 650 so I'll take a look when I get the opportunity.
Then I will let you know what I find.

AFAIK, the usual "OEM tool pouch" is held by the rubber strap.
