We lost a valuable person.

for those of you that have M.B.S. (multiple bike syndrome) and have the "silver wing" models.
as our sponsors also have supplies for those bikes and they are popular with the "wing" crowd.

We lost a valuable person.

I copy from the CX500forum.com Your prayers would be welcomed by all. The man had a ton of knowledge about electronics, oils, synthetics, and all sort of other things. He knew these CX bikes like the back of his hand. He had invested many hours, make that decades, in developing some new concepts to replace items that are no longer produced so we can keep these machines alive.

He will be remembered eternally.

RIP, Marshall, and Godspeed.

Again I am the bearer of sad news. Marshall Preston Franklin, 55, died June 29.
Services are at 4:00 PM July 6 at Crossings Community Church in Oklahoma City, OK.
(Cremation Society)

I had known him for only a year but he was a good friend and we looked forward
to many good time and good rides together. Marshall was a hard worker, very intelligent
and full of ideas to make things work or work better. We will miss him and I will especially
miss his help and advice on technical matters pertaining to our old motorcycles.

There will be more about Marshall in the local news paper and I will report that to the forum.
I am dedicating my ride with my g/f this weekend to him.
