for those of you that have M.B.S. (multiple bike syndrome) and have the "silver wing" models.
as our sponsors also have supplies for those bikes and they are popular with the "wing" crowd.

New member here from the NW

Post by ramprat »

Hi everyone. A member on another forum for the CX/GL's (*cx500forum.com*) mentioned this site, and I hope to look around and see like minded aficionados. I have no reason to think otherwise.

I own an '82 CX500 custom, which is for sale (I'll show the ad later), and a fully restored '82 GL500I Silverwing that was done by a very masterful gent in CA. We got my g/f a nice '88 VT1100 Shadow a few months ago, and she just got her license, so the hard part is over!

As I peruse here to figure out how this site works, I do hope you will take a look at my ad. I am glad this site has a section for my favorite machine, and baby Wings are awesome in my book. I'm a shorty :-D

Here is the ad for my Custom. http://portland.craigslist.org/clk/mcy/2418218995.html

Welcome to the 'Wingdom.

If you also post an Intro in the Introduction Section you'll get more readers.

This little corner of the site is for the (fairly small) number of us who have both addictions.

Hi Staket,
I'm in the Fishers Landing area east side, around 164th and McGillivray.
I have several co-workers from your area.
Thanks for the shout.
