positive feedback for tom's cycle recycling

just got a caliper back from tom k. for overhaul and powder coat.
his service was top-notch.
price estimate was accurate. work was done in a timely manner for a reasonable price and looks great.
packing job was also done carefully and i even got a couple of email updates as he was going through different stages of the project.
recommend him and will use him again.

Looks like he does very good work. Granted, he is a powder coater, not a tech guru, but his site could use some work. A price guide and FAQ page would be a good addition.

Watched his brake video and he seems like a very nice guy. He probably has so much work he doesn't have time to dink with the web page.

Caliper had a full mechanical rebuild including piston inspection, etc.

did not originally plan to cosmetically refinish any parts until after i got everything working, but once i got started i could see that it would be inconvenient to go back and remove certain components just for paint/polish/chrome/or whatever. so those are the parts i am doing as i go along with the build.

if it was going to be one or the other i would have overhauled the caliper and just left it looking worn out on the outside.

Tom is a great guy, and great powdercoating fella! He will give you a quote that he sticks to if you call or email him.
