Awesome, tremendously helpful pictorial. Can anyone here direct me to an explanation of how to set the needle which is attached to the slides? Randakk suggests it have the same "wiggle room. The current set of 764A's that I am tearing down had three with no wiggle at all and one with a bunch of slop. Is there a way to know what it should be??

Octane, A great help to me in the rebuild. I used a soldering iron with a 3/16 tip to solder the ends of the 110 jets before drilling them out for off idle glitch. I filled the opening with flux and just touched it a bit to warm it up and then hit it with some solder. It flowed in easily. With a thin wire solder, there was no spilling over the threads.

question how small is the slow jet hole... I'm using a small sewing needle to clear it and seems solid.
Also when pulling the pin for the floats try a twisting motion, that way it wont want to pull the arms and break them as easy.

Very Very Very small. A needle will not go through it. It small enough that daylight just barely passes through it. Soak it in a cleaner then hit it with compressed air but make sure to hold on tight to that little sucker. If it goes across the shop it can be near impossible to find!!
